Validity of my marriage done in temple with friends and rituals follow

Me and my girl friend got married in a temple on 26/05/2013 in presence of my friends and well wishers. We both are of different communities hindu from andhra pradesh. We both are in love since 2007. Her parents are also aware of our love and they never accepted my marriage. She is in her maternal home after one month of my marriage. We both consummated so many times. Now they are threatening me by filing false cases like fraudulent mrg, rape. The police man are also supported them by erasing photographs and recordings.And they are pretending like mrg never occured. Without fir i was in custody for 4 days and they made an mou stating that we never married, all the photographs are morphed. They released me after signing that mou. Now i filed divorce case against my wife citing all these reasons. I have photographs, temple receipt xerox, 3 witnesses, call recordings of her adamant behaviour. Her second engagement is over. Forcing me to withdraw the petition.
