"A woman without divorce forcely signed me on notary paper" I am not able to understand your querry.
Anyway, marriage on Notary is not a legal marriage. But as per our custom, no paper is required if we agree for marriage and are living together as Husband and Wife.
As of today 498 is not to worry, because, first the police will have to serve you a notice U/s. 41A of the Cr. P. C.

Hi. Presuming that the woman is still married, the marriage with you is void ab initio and you can go for annulment of the marriage by declaring the same as null and void. Parallely you can also lodge a complaint under Section 417 of IPC for forcibly obtaining your signatures. As far as FIR under Sec 498 is concerned, immediately move for anticipatory bail and simultaneously go for quashing of the said FIR in the High Court.
