i seek a clarification that my daughtet gets a separation / divorce in Australianif it is valud in India also

Your query is not clear sir...You mean you daughter gets a favourable order from the court in Australia against her husband?...was it an ex-parte order ??...You can execute the order here in India and get seperated. For which both party should appear before the courts in India..
