LOVE marriage of a girl with physically handicap boy then deserted him for 6 six years on grounds of health and other reason joined family back with 6 years old girl child as girl again went to her parents for some reasons and in the mean time boy got his mobile call recordings which has recording of girl talking her BOY boyfriend late night talk etc How these recording can help me in filling Divorce and custody of child against ???
Under hindu marriage act there are Number of provision under which divorce petitions could be filed dessertation without valid reason could be one of the ground, with that the audio could be produced as one of evidence for corobation but it is not a conclusive evidence, provide me details so that I could help you !
