Urgent Issue of Divorce Decree Copy

I need to reissue divorce decree on urgent basis , original copy is lost. My lawyer is no more in this field and only details available regarding the case are name of party ,marriage date , divorce granted month and year and the court (Rohini Delhi) . Can some one help me to get the copy in next 10 days.

well you need to give the case details pertaining to that. what kind of divorce it was whether it was contested or mutual divorce. need some more information regarding this then only something could be said.

Yes...you can always apply for the same on an urgent basis with the copying agency of the court. You need to approach the court from where your decree was granted and get the certified form attested and then submit it. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.
