i WANT TOSEND A LEGAL NOTICE OF DIRE CONSEQUENCES IF HE TRIES TO CONTACT ME WITH INSURANCE POLICY OR UNWANTED LETTERS TO BE CLAIMED BY MY DAUGHTER AGED 25 YRS. HE IS CONTACTING MY OFFICE AND KNOWING MY NEW PLACE OF POSTING AND SENDING SPEED POST WITH AN INSURANCE POLICY

Dear Madam, You can certainly issue a Cease and Desist Notice through an advocate. This notice will formally demand that the individual stop all direct and indirect communication with you, your workplace, and your family members. It should explicitly state that any further attempts to contact you at your office or track your place of posting will be viewed as stalking and harassment, leading to civil and criminal litigation.

madam first you need to conclude all the exchanges when ur divorce application allows now you try to avoid means u can give legal notice or complainant process after dissolution of marriage he should avoid all such things
