My daughter aged 19 years without informing married to a criminal mind person
In this situation you may want to evaluate the option for validity of the marriage. In this the requirements for a valid marriage has to be satisfied, such as the correct age of the parties, it should be by consent and there should be no force and other compliance requirements. if at all the marriage meets all the requirements and it's valid then unfortunately there is not much that you can do than to accept the circumstances and your daughter wishes.

Well, you cannot control your Daughter legally, once she turn up 18+, she becomes Major and becomes capable of taking decisions on her own including Right to Marry. So, whether she marries with a Criminal or anyone else, she is the maker of her fate.
