Unethical fees charged to get favourable outcome

In matrimonial disputes between me and my wife pending in Vijayapura Courts, wife is paying @30-50% of actual recovery as Contingent fees to her Advocate, who further shares the amount with my Advocates and key decision makers to obtain favourable outcome.The fees Agreement is Oral and no proofs. My Advocates are well aware of such unethical practices, but work together locally and don't want to strain relationship. Since the long term financial loss can be huge, Can I approach HC at Kalaburgi.?

Dear Sir, It is your wife as to admit that she is paying huge fees to her Advocates. She has to lodge complaint to the Bar Counsel of Bengaluru against such Advocate. Otherwise get admissions from your wife that she is paying such amounts and lodge a complaint before Bar Counsel of Bengaluru by depositing Rupees Three Thousand in the prescribed format.
