It is only provision you have move in appeal otherwise their no more options for restoration. Only session has power to restore the application in appeal. Only appellate court has power to restore

482 of Crpc before Concern High Court .Crpc does not have provisions to recall or restore a order passed.Its only High Court which can use inherent power to restore with cogent reshon.Its unlike CPC where there are provisions for restoration.
