Uncontested - SETTLED IN MEDIATION MC

1.5 month back, our divorce case was disposed with reason as uncontested- settle in mediation. issues related to joint property after separation , I filed Civil OS case but my husband filed MC case. Where the OS matter was settled during MC mediation and MOM was signed. I was not completely in legal process. With all the talk between me and husband, i requested for time my spouse said and helpless. So, I had no choice to say ok and order were passed. Its worrying can we re-unite we have a child

Dear Madam, It seems divorce is already happened due to your consent given in the Lok Adalath. If you are aggrieved by such order then you can immediately file an application that such order was passed by putting you under pressure etc. Your husband if married again you cannot do anything.
