Uncontested dismissed/ rejected otherwise my mutual consent divorce was disposed in the court. My spouse convinced me to sign the mutual consent divorce and did not agree for child settlement of 25 lakhs he agreed during mediation and backed out in the end o requested the judge to dispose the case as per my lawyers advise. Can my spouse apply for divorce again? I have filed for DV and it is in the initial stages.kindly advise

Your husband can file for divorce but can succeed only on a valid ground, and you once having filed DV against him will be one such ground for him. In my opinion you cannot ask for a Rs. 25 lakh settlement for Child even in divorce case if filed by him.
