what is the procedure to file a divorce? as my wife is trying to make me mentally seek, few days back i got to know that she has an affair with other man. i cought her red handed but, the avidance was erased by her.
A petition can be filed for mutual consent or on the basis of cruelty/ adultary if she is having an affair.
The petition can be filed before any family court according to the jurisdiction.

Which religion do u belong to ?
If u r Hindu u can go for either mutual divorce if she is agreed or if not then u need to file litigation for section 13 n choose the relevant grounds … before that u must do proper home work .. b in touch
