Court has considered expatriate as the other party did not appear in the court. Please help me I am going to miss the deadline and judge is not ready to listen to my lawyer or me. in your particular case i have not understand your case totally. you have already applied for what? in ahmedabad court? 13(b) ? if yes then you are liable for the decree. there are several ways even if your wife is not present or ill you can get the decree. for that contact me personally.

HI, If you wanted o obtained divorce decree passed in 2003 then there is no question of giving long date, you can always request court that i need the certified copy on urgent basis and the court may give you the same by charging you a prescribed for certified copy of urgent basis. Therefore you can tell the court and request. if it is the case so.
