There are two situations for you ma'am.
One is that if you both are agreeing for divorce then you can mutually end your marriage by filing a divorce petition by mutual consent.
Second is that if you want a divorce and your husband is refusing then you have to prove certain grounds that you have been subjected to cruelity or torture, or there are no physical relations between you and your husband for more than 6 months.

If you are not happy with your inlaws first you have to sort out reason why you are not happy.another if you want divorce from your husband you have to mention in petition that why you dont want to live with your husband means he is demanding dowry and cause physical as well as mental cruelty on you
