"Two different affidavit in same court" what should we can do further?

our DV case against maintenance order, Opposite party filed appeal but in affidavit he gave two different Affidavit in 1st his resi 3/21 and 2nd his resi 3/82 same day attested and subbmited what can we do?
That you can move an application under the civil procedure code to appointment for LC and request from the court that his residential address can be inspected so if he updates the court must take necessary steps.

what you are trying to say is just that 2 affidavits of different address but same day attested but this is not enough for telling you that what you can do. you need to atleast tell the background what is it
