Trying for mutual divorce but facing issues , lawyer police etc please

Hello , I got married in 2019 June , however in a month only the harrasment and other things made me to leave there home and now I am seeking for Mutual Divorce but the lawyer we appointed is now instead helping they are asking us to file complaint in native city and try to seek money as much as possible from Boys family end. But we are not totally intrested in any property or anything I just want to get seperated .
Can you please help me out how can I get out of this and get divorce as soon as possible
Well, you have to stick to your Decision, What you have already decided, that is, to file for Mutual Divorce under Sec 13B of the Hindu Marriage Act , 1955 if you both are Hindu and have married under the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955.

in every district court there is district legal aid service authority go in that dipartment and make an application for free legai aid. or go there and discussed your matter with there they will give you advocate for filling mutule divorce. if both parties are redy and willing to dissolve there marrage then no need to do anything change the lawyer or go to district legal aid service athority
