Definitely case transfer to amravati for that you file transfer petition before High' Court bench Nagpur for transfer... you can also file separate petition before Amravati court under civil and criminal, domestic violence, maintenance, child custody, during pendency of cases you may file interim relief application, also visit term to meet you son etc...

To Transfer case, you will have to file a transfer petition in the Bombay High Court. Can file it in the bench near you. The case may be decided in three to four hearings, so costs will depend on the lawyer you hire. You cannot force the father to talk to the son, but you can seek child support under the guardian and ward act. once you tranfer the case, file for maintenance and child support immediately

As both of the districts are under Bombay High Court Nagpur bench you can easily file a transfer petition in the Bombay High Court situated in Nagpur and seek transfer already was case filed, also if you want permission to talk to your son after the transfer of case you can try the custody case and seek custody of your son and take the permission of court to take full custody of your son as well as mother is a natural guardian you can take full custody of your son as well, also in transfer application as supreme Court has many times recorded the convenience of mother or female is checked and taken into consideration the most not the father so there is a very good chance that you will get the transfer done and the custody of the child
