Transfer petition of matrimonial case by wife

Sir my husband filed a divorce case in coimbatore. After that they declined residence. I got transferred(work)to my matrimonial home. I have a 6 months old baby. I am a feeding mother. After pregnancy I have back pain. I work in essential sector. He is doing work from home . my husband's father is a BDO and a very influential person. He has a lot of money too. I have filed a transfer petition in HC. Our relatives are saying that he will use his influence and take the case back to coimbatore.
Not to worry. You have good grounds for the transfer of the case. And it also depends on the lawyer who is handling your case. If argued properly then amount of undue influence will be able to bias the outcome of the case.
