Transfer petition filed by my husband

Hi sir/Madam, I have filed the divorce petition in my location where i am residing and it completed almost two years, now my husband is filing the transfer petition as he is not getting justice in this court and he is just trying to delay.I am not ok for this transfer i want the case to be conducted where i am living. Can you please provide your guidance

hi first need to see whether he had filed any transfer petition in court to transfer the case and if yes then need to see the contents of the notice received and the allegations mentioned in it and after that you could engage an advocate to defend yourselves
