for this you need to get Satu from the Hugh court over proceedings in family court and also you can do other things that mention the priority in the high court and seek some relief in it or to expedite it

unless you get stay from High court this shall go on. you need to press for interim relief before the Hon'ble High court to stay the proceedings pending before Family court. open to further queries. Adv. M. K. Vohra

You have to ask for stay before Hon'ble High Court that's the only option otherwise Family Court will proceed further as per the procedure. or u can appear before family court and as for Adjournment till hearing of highcourt.

simply by filing the transfer petition in High Court , it does automatically stay The proceedings of the family court, unless it is stayed by the high court.. ask your advocate at high court to get it stayed by HC until the final outcom of the transfer petition.

what is the order of the high court about the transfer petition? If an order is passed in your favour submit a certified copy of the order in family court. and if not then on which stage your matter is?
