Transfer of matrimonial case form one district court to another

I have 1 year + old divorce case case currently going in a district court and it is around 40km from my residence and the route is high with heavy traffic and takes me around 5 hours + up and downIm working mother and have 3 year old kid and she is being taken care of my mother when I'm too office everyday. Now I'm looking to tranfer the case to another district which is coming under my judistrcition and this court is 32kms from my residence and don't have any other near to me.is it possible to tranfer the case to my judistrcition as it is less populated and less traffic. Currently the case is pending for filing counter and also has an IA application in it. Please guide on which grounds i can have a trasfer petition and how much time will it take to tranfer and will my IA goes on hold

hey ...you can get the matrimonial case transferred within the jurisdictional district court by approaching the High court by setting forth the inconvenience being faced by you and the prayer to get the case transferred within the district court having jurisdiction.

You can file transfer petition in the High Court on the ground of inconvenience causing to the wife.
Therefore you can appoint lawyer in the High Court.
High Court by taking into consideration inconvenience of the wife allow transfer of the pending proceedings before the court having jurisdiction to try that proceedings.
