Transfer of crpc 125 to my home town

I had filed a case of divorce sec. 13 HMA against my wife in april 2018 in my home town in mp. she had files sec.24,26 against me in same court. now she has filed crpc 125 case for maintenance in her home town in up. as father is a big lawyer there that every senior lawyer has rejected to take my case and they also told me that judge may be in favour of my wife's father.also i am afraid to my life threat there because of her father's fame.i can't get a fair trial there. so i want to transfer that case in my home town for a fair trial. please advise me what should i do now for transfer the case.
hello client yes i agree tgt ur thinkingbis very much currect and infact ur thinking in a right way. as you wish to transpher the 125 case to ur hime town instead of fighting it at ur wife place in tht matter you ahve to move to syoreme court for filling of the transoher petition under which the provision of tranapher the case of one state to other state ia possible it can only be done theough supreme court only then it can be possible.

you can file a petition in the hon'ble supreme court wherein a prayer for transfer of case from one state to another can be made before the hon'ble supreme court as the power to make such sort of transfer lies with the hon'ble supreme court.
