Hello, if you have copy of decree or court order of the said divorce, then you can file an FIR against your husband under section 376 as legally you and your husband can not make any relation after getting divorce from court.

If you say that you have come to know about divorce now, that means your husband was able to take an ex parte divorce, which you can get set aside now, citing that now you have come to know about the said divorce and you were kept under impression that you are still married. You should approach a good lawyer for the same. You can also file criminal cases against your husband for cheating and for rape, since if he has maintained physical relations with you, your consent for the sme has been obtained by cheating, and making you believe that you are his legally wedded wife, but in fact he had already taken divorce from you & he was aware that you are not his wife anymore.

Aap police station jakar Rape ki complaint kijiye. Sath me cheating ka bhi case kijiye. Police ke dwara karyawahi hogi.
Yaha aap ke liye asaan tarika hoga. Aap consultation ke liye mujhe mil sakti hai.
