To send legal notice for divorce

Dear sir/mam.. My maternal uncle got married in 2014 , now He has two children too. His wife has been seriously torturing him and his family since her marriage, she only wants that He (maternal uncle) should give all his income( pvt. Employee) to her only and not his parents, and after that she send all that money to her parents whose children just enjoy on that money and don't do anything. All possible mutual understanding have been made with sarpanch and other elderly persons but all went in vain. Now she is threatening them to drag them in court in dowry case. How can mamu save his family, future of his children and his parents..Pls help Om chaturvedi

Hi He needa to file immediate police Complaint. Also a case for divorce on marriage cruelty. For more guidance and legal help, you may contact me in this regard. As if she filed the case, he might be with whole family will be in legal trouble. Thanking you All the best

Dear Sir Your uncle could file a case for divorce under cruelty in the family court. You have to take immediate legal actions do that the lady could not make more trouble. Thanks and Regards

Hello Your maternal uncle got married in 2014 and now he is having 2 children now she is threatening you that she will lodge a complaint against your uncle for that we need to discuss your case then only I can tell you what you have to do
