To return my jewellery taken by husband

My husband had taken my jewelry for business purpose and now that we are undergoing divorce i want him to return my jewelry. so I have the right to take back my Jewellery including the jewellery which they had gifted me during my wedding and jewellery put by my mother during my wedding and gifted bt 3rd party?

ya if you are filing contesting divorce case you can ask for the claims of marriage and gold and other things which your parents had gifted and incase if your going for mutual consent divorce you can take the things back which you had given then sign the papers

Dear Madam,
You can lodge police complaint under Section 406 of Indian Penal Code against your husband and his family members. It is breach of trust since you have deposited your jewellery with your husband with trust but he misappropriated the same.
