To know whether I would get maintenance

I would like to know whether I will get maintenance for my daughter and myself from my husband without the electronic evidance of domestic voilence and dowry related issues.
you and your daughter are entitled to maintenance once both youn and your daughter are not having sufficient income to meet the baisc needs. apart from that both of you can avail shared household from your husband
