If husband lies in court about his salary and nature of job what can we do to bring the truth according to court process

U find ur husband office address then u send a summon copy to that office management, asking salary statement for ur husband, then u will submit that statement or record witness of the office management

The Petitioner wife had instituted a case for maintenance and had filed an application under Section 91 of CrPC for a direction to the respondent husband to submit his payslip for determination of proper maintenance amount. Then wife also filed an application under the Right to Information Act, 2005 to seek the salary details of the husband

Through court you can insist. your husband to file his. current working place and the current income proof he is earning at. present. Then he can't hide or escape his earnings. Thereafter you can take relevant action on your claim.
