To file case against my husband in usa for domestic violence.

My husband caused domestic violence tortured mentally and physically, send me and my daughter to India in 2018. From then onwards he is not looking after us. Not attending court cases in india. Can I book case against my husband in usa?

What cases have you filed against your husband. Also, if it's domestic violence, maintainance, divorce, the summons be sent to his family members living here or the US embassy, try sending a notice via email and other communication mode.
