To defend case against my first husband

I am Neetu Singh and live in Gwalior my husband gone missing and it's now 6 years 11 months and I have a police complaint also and in this time span I do a love marriage just 2 months before and now he came back and going to file a case on me but now I don't want to live with him I want to live with my second husband now what can I do now does anybody in Gwalior can take my case

Unless the court doesn't declares him dead, you can't marry anyone else without giving him divorce. Though there are other ways too. Please contact me over the phone or visit my office by taking a prior appointment.

Neetu ji she. your husband is missing then you have to apply for civil death decree but you have not applied for the said decree and without that you solemnise second marrige which is not valid , but you have not send the sufficient information so at this situation we are unable to guide you properly
