To complain about cheating and domestic violence in marriage

Three months after my marriage my husband sent me at my parents home saying that I am not compatible for him He has filed divorce case on me where he has put wrong allegations on me . He has cheated me what can I do in such case

Dear queriest, if your husband has filed a divorce case then you need to file a written statement (reply) to the petition denying his allegations, also you can file section 9 of the Hindu Marriage act i.e. restitution case, so that you can get right to stay with him if the court passes the order considering your facts. for more information about the same kindly call me

you can file 498A against your husband before the local police station and file a counter case against your husband in the same court where domestic violence is pending hire any lawyer for the services
