How-to get mutual consent without spouse opinion...is it possible to get it ...or else can file for single opinion by my side...what to do for it ...

Without wife's/husband's consent you cannot file for mutual divorce petition. but you can file divorce petition against your spouse as per any of the grounds laid down under the provisions of law. prior to this legal notice has to be caused to your spouse.
