In Pune Family Court, after filing a mutual consent divorce, the first hearing is generally scheduled within 2–4 weeks depending on the court’s workload. At this stage, the court records the statements of both parties. After that, a 6-month cooling-off period applies unless waived in special cases.

the hearing of the cases depends upon the cases, the cases pending in cases in the court, but before hearing you will be required to go compulsory counselling after 1-2 or may be 3 rounds of counselling your case will be sent back to the court if counselling failed then you will get your first date in court and get the divorce that too after 6 months of cooling off period.

it depends on you ma'am/sir. you can visit the court and ask for the earliest possible date. if all the terms and conditions are settled and proper then the waiting period of 6 months can also be waived and the divorce can be obtained in couple of weeks only. but for this you will have to provide the exact details and what are the terms and conditions you guys have agreed upon. email me the remaining details for further clarifications.

when the divorce is filled a hearing is conducted on the same day of filling and after that six months later the date is given and on that day the court can give its judgement of mutual divorce in exceptional cases The court can order the mutual divorce on the same day of filling

Well, which Hearing Date you will get depends upon the similar number of cases pending in that particular court. There are other factors also which play a crucial role in determining when a case will be heard by the court.
