Can anybody take legal advisor of jurisdiction other than that of the deponent,to plead on anyone's behalf ?If yes, how much time it takes to get MUTUAL DIVORCE under SMA-1954,Sec.28 of the act

Yes it can be taken and from the date of filling after 6 months a date will be given for final hearing. Under normal circumstances a date is given after 6months but if courts diary doesn't permit then after 8-9 months a date is given.

generally the time is about 6 months under any law for mutual divorce. but the time is varied from court to court and case to case. it is better to advice you properly when we can have a face to face interaction.
I think you may asked for Power of Attorney, who can place or examine for and on behalf of the executant. If your question is this, then my answer is no. In Matrimonial Suit whether it is under Hindu Marriage Act or Special Marriage Act. both the Parties should present at the time of Hearing with their Ld. Advocate.
