Threats from wife about causing harm to me and my property

Since 15 years I have been abused by my wife, physically and mentally. Now she has filed a false complaint with CAW Delhi and is ready to manipulate the due process of law with her connection to an ADJ. She has threatened my company HR as well due to which I have lost my job. She is forcing me to admit her false charges and fall at her feet. She has plans to get me tortured in police custody. Please advice. (Hindu)

Hello it depends on which cases she has filed against you and how she is misusing law machinery against you. You have to be very careful when it comes to filing of cases by wife as the Indian law is of feminine nature , she can misuse it also against you and your family members.
