Threats by Father in Law and wife's family

Hi teamMy wife is ready to sign a legal document which will say "we have not taken any dowry, no harassment done and in case we apply for divorce, then there will be no case nothing, we will respectfully separate from each other" is there any document legally which I can get her signed for this??

Mutual Divorce is a legal process of separation, when both the husband and wife want to separate with their own will after marriage, is called at Divorce with Mutual Consent. Both husband and wife can apply for the divorce by mutual consent. It is the most civilized way of termination of a marriage.

I understand your questions S o now husband and wife ready for take a divorce si your questions is if any documents make and take a signature right you will file a mutual divorce in court and mediation agreement you have to mention all terms and conditions so do you need any legal help contact me thank you
