Threatening and harassment on mails and calls inspired of multiple tim

Hi,
I've been receiving harassing and tgreatening mails from a lady who used to work with me. She has been told multiple times (I've all call recordings and message) that I don't love her and I cannot marry her. Now she has been mailing me,stating that she will commit suicide or break my upcoming marriege. I've catagarically denied on all her false allegation I,e I've had intimate relation with her more than 2 hrs back. How to deal with this.

Understanding the graveness of the situation you should immediately register a complaint before the local police station against the lady. Though I cannot understand whether you had any relationship with her, then also go to the Police and if they are not helping contact a Ld. Lawyer.
