threaten to return cash we spent together as lovers never signed paper

my boyfriend dosent change his behaviour for 2 years so im leaving him he asked for money we spent together such as food&travel he said he will send legal notice from lawyer is that possible by any way

Hello Mam, the legal notice can be sent for any issue but the fate of the case will be decided only through court of law depending upon the facts and circumstances of the case.
