if she dont want divorce bt he want then wat is the solution?? she is not capable financial or physical and if she have twins boys. she dont want to give him custody of her kids.
If the children's are minor then the court shall gives the custody of children to their natural mother.
You can file the application before court of law u/s 125 of cr. P. C. For maintenance, as well as under various provisions of domestic violence act,2005.

Do leave her why divorce u have not given any reason divorce is not a packet of bread u want to give she doesn't want to what do think marriage is ,can u go on spree of marrying and divorce ing woman ,u can not without a legal valid reason give divorce,did ur father teach u that.

first i want to know which religion you belongs?if you are hindu then the husband is required to file divorce petition in the civil court and for the custody of child you have to file petition under Guardians and wards Act in the District court
