This case is still under the court from 7years filed for sec 9 and this marriage is not consumated and he is a gay got to know by third person but we have no proof , but he is making wrong allegations on me and not taken me his house since after marriage kindly guide me I wanted to get back to marital status with dignity as wife incase if he doesn't wanted to lead life with me let him pay compansation for damaging my life and cheating.can I win this case or will court deny to send me back,dismis

Dear Sir, You can approach High Court for time bound disposal. The High Court will fix a time within which the Lower Court is suppose to dispose the case. Thus, you may get time bound disposal order directing the Trial Court to dispose the pending case within next four months etc.
