Thinking about Contested divorce

Hi, I wish to contest for.divorce on harrasment and torture grounds.She is not willing for the same..is it possible for the court to dig into my watsapp history if she claims I had an affair with someone, as there is nothing but lse that she can accuse me for ??
Yes you can definitely contest divorce on the ground of cruelty. Your wife cannot do anything about false accusation as it is impossible to prove.
Moreover you can also file complaint against you wife if she tortures you and your family.
