There is no contact between Husband and wife for more than 10 years .

If wife left from matrimony house and stayed with her parents house for more than 10 years . Can Husband will be eligible to get divorce
Divorce will not be granted automatically. You need to file a petition for divorce before the court on appropriate grounds and the matter will be decided accordingly. Your estranged wife may or may not contest the case filed by you.
