the subject is for to file divorce on wife

dear madem/sir, I am male. I got married 3 months back. After the marriage I got known that my wife is having night blindness. They were not revealed whilst solemnization of marraige. I asked my wife for divorce. she is not agreeing. how can i proceed? our religion is hindu

hi if the said illness is concealed before the marriage took place and it exists before marriage then you could file a petition in court to cancel the marriage as it was not disclosed before marriage and for divorce you need to atleast wait for 1 year of marriage
