The possibility for final hearing without primary applicant

Dear Sir/Madam, we have filed for a mutual consent divorce. The first hearing is over and we appealed for an advance hearing since myself, woman leaving with my daughter to another country for higher studies. The final hearing date has been given by the mediation court but not finalized yet. Meanwhile my travel date is approaching and court has holidays going on now. Is there anyway I can solve this problem? Please advise.
How come mediation court handles your divorce petition. Normally it must be family court or other subordinate courts with such power. If you have filed the petition for divorce by mutual consent before family court then there is no vacation. I need full details to guide you further.
