The mediator has been biased toward the respondent in my divorce case. The mediator hasn't submitted

02-Jul-2023 (In Divorce Law)
The mediator has been biased toward the respondent in my divorce case. The mediator hasn't submitted her report even after 3 months of mediation. The mediator hasn't called me or provided any update The divorce case has been posted to future dates as mediator hasn't submitted her report. What can I do to ensure mediator files the report before the next hearing? Can I file a petition to the judge for the injustice shown?

To fike a report both psrties myst have agreed on alk terms and mediator must have prepared report taking signatures if both parties, Have yoy both signed ? If case has gone back to court you continue itvin court, there is nobprovision to file anything about mediation
