How to restore their maarried life get maintenance charges from husband for survival.

Well, either you can restore their Marital life or if the wife of that Husband, for whom, you are asking the question has already made her firm mind to leave her Hubby, then, in such a case, you cannot restore her marital relationship, just you can support her. As far as Maintenance is concerned, she can file an application for it under Sec 125 of the CRPC, 1973.

You can file a petition for restitution of conjugal rights before the family court for restoring your marriage life. For maintenance, you can file a case under section 125 CrPC against your husband. He has to appear before the court and answer both the petitions.
