The age of my son is 2 years,2 months.My wife don't want to stay with my parents so she left my home

The age of my son is 2 years,2 months.My wife don't want to stay with my parents so she left my home and move her paternal home with my son.When I went to meet with my son to her paternal home my wife and my mother in law insulted me and kicked out of the house and threat me that they will lodge a case against me as they are two women staying at their house( Father in law died)nNow it's been 3 months I didn't see my son,I am stressed that maybe he will forget me.They are blackmailing me with the love and emotion for my son.I didn't take any legal steps thought that it could effect my son. Instead of several request to my wife to bring my son for 1 hour to her convenient place but she refused showing reason that she has lots of work pressure as she is a working women.I want to bring and keep son half a day in every weekend is that possible? Because as he is too young people saying I won't get the custody of my 2 years 2 month old son.What the steps I can take.? Please advice
