Terms and conditions for mutual divorce

I want a template for preparing the MOU for filing mutual divorce. This will help me think of all the possibilities and terms and conditions to consider before filing.

hi in mutual divorce both parties decided all the terms and conditions because court has no role to play there, court simply grants divorce if both parties agrees to each and others conditions, like alimony, children custody, visiting rights everything is decided mutually by the parties not by the court
