Taking my 2 years son from my husband legally from ludhiana earliest?

I am from hindu religion. I married a SC caste boy and he cheated upon me so I came to my parents home after 15 days of the marriage and after that my maternal uncle's friend came to my dad and put a marriage proposal before divorce and we hided the marriage in front of everyone. I got pregnant from my second husband and i have a son of 2 years now. But after the marriage he started fighting with me, talked abusive everytime, did not let me talk to my parents ,demanded money from them and there were so many things too. The divorce of my first marriage took place on 10 may 2022 and after that he insulted my parents, slapped me and talked rudely and behaved cruely. i ran from his home left my son there and came to my parents home. Now he is saying i will not give u divorce and not your son,and if u will sue me i will put an allegation of fraud marriage on u..I am stuck as I can't live without my son also I can't leave him there as my husband is addicted to alcohol.how to take son legaly
