Suspect Husband Took private photos without consent

24-Mar-2024 (In Divorce Law)
Hindu Marriage. Husband & in-laws have been manipulative & coercive, but filed for divorce claiming I was cruel to them. I suspect he took a photo/video of me showering without my consent. However Im not 100% sure. I want to tell the court. But if no evidence is found then husband will claim cruelty. But if I don't tell court, I'm worried about my safety. Husband is already making false & baseless attacks on my character. What do I do?

First things first, When Lawyers enter into the field, Character Assassination is quite common. So fix this fact mentally. Your Lawyer will exaggerate about him and his lawyer will exaggerate about you. Both lawyers will use the vocabulary that sounds like a cruelty but it is completely normal in the legal profession. You can check the file of the person who sits next to you in the court. The vocabulary will be common in all the petitions. Suspecting he might have doesn't sound good especially when you have an allegation of being cruel. If you had filed the case of cruelty then it would have made more sense. So talk to your lawyer(bcoz he/she knows the actual case) if he/she believes your instinct then proceed else don't. . . I predominantly deal with Cyber Crime cases only where in the accused has either uploaded it on some websites (or) Extorts/Blackmails(Emotionally/Financially/Physically) that he will upload it on some websites. If any such thing happens, don't worry you have to get scared of. Just shift your lawyer who deals with CyberCrimes, that's it. Your identity will safe, again
