How much amount can a wife ask from her husband if he is hell bent on getting divorce..husband want to get it settled in mediation via supreme court.

It depends on how much is the salary of the husband and whether wife is working or not. Mediation through supreme court is quite tedious and long. Since husband is opting for divorce he us supposed to pay a percent and as per wife's reasonable demands
